Korean BBQ Taco Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber , julienned
  • 1/2 red onion , halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno , very finely diced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
