Sunflower Seed Cream (gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, nut-free, vegan)

  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 t . onion powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor, blending until smooth.
  2. If the cream is too thick, you may add a bit more water, no more than a teaspoon at a time, until the desired thickness is reached.
