  • 1 16-ounce block high protein tofu, cubed
  • 1/4 cup vegan Mayo
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce such as Tamari, Bragg's aminos or coconut aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 Tablespoon minced ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • green onions (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cube the tofu and set aside.

  3. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, mix together all ingredients except sesame seeds and green onions. I use a fork to "whisk" the ingredients together into a sauce.

  4. Add tofu to the sauce and toss to coat tofu.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then stir. Bake another 10-15 minutes until tofu has reached the level of browning you prefer.

  6. Remove from oven and place on serving dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the top.

  7. This is terrific served over rice, cauliflower rice or with stir fry. It is also a great appetizer on its own.
