Honey Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower (Quick! Buy All the Cauliflower!)
2Tablespoonsfresh squeezed lime juice
1Tablespoongrapeseed oil or healthy oil of your choice
1Tablespoongluten-free soy sauce, Tamari or Bragg's Aminos
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. (Do not be tempted to increase the oven temperature higher as with most roasted cauliflower recipes. Honey will burn quickly at a higher temperature, tested it in my kitchen.)
Cut cauliflower into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together. Then add cauliflower pieces to the mixing bowl. Toss very well to completely coat all of the pieces.
Pour cauliflower out onto baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then stir. Bake another 15 minutes, then stir again. Bake a final 15 minutes (45 minutes total) and remove from oven.
Enjoy with a cooling beverage--this is SPICY!
