1-16ouncecan hard ginger beer(I used Root Sellers. You can sub non-alcoholic ginger beer from Reed's if you prefer)
4scoops non-dairy ice cream of your choices
2large paper straws
Start with two glasses.
In each glass, place 1.5 ounces of Bourbon.
Top with two scoops of ice cream in each glass.
Pour hard ginger beer over the top of the ice cream.
Put a large diameter paper straw in each class and give it a quick stir to mix in the Bourbon. Serve and enjoy responsibly! (You probably shouldn't drive after having one of these, not even the riding lawnmower in laps around your neighbor's yard...)
