Easy Thai Peanut Dressing (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan)

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce , Tamari, Bragg's aminos or coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha or Gochujang (make sure Gochujang is gluten-free)
  • 1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic


  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor fitted with "S" blade.
  2. Blend or process until smooth. Thin to desired consistency adding 1 teaspoon of water at a time. (One teaspoon doesn't sound like much but it will change the consistency in a hurry.)
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
