Coconut Curry Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

can full fat coconut milk
(14.5 ounces, I use Thai Kitchen organic)
2
ounces
dairy-free high quality dark chocolate
, chopped
1
teaspoon
vanilla bean pasteor vanilla extract
3/4
to 1 teaspoon curry powder
(adjust to your taste and desired amount of spice)
Dandies vegan marshmallows
(optional)
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add all ingredients.
Stir often, as chocolate will begin to melt.
Once chocolate has melted, whisk a bit to fully incorporate the curry powder.
Heat until the temperature you like your hot cocoa has been reached.
Serve in two mugs.Tops with Dandies vegan marshmallows.
