Hawaiian Salad, dairy-free, vegan

  • 3 cans (10.5 ounce) mandarin oranges in juice (not in syrup)
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 jar (14 ounce) maraschino cherries (Tillen Farms recommended)
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut flakes , unsweetened (Let's Do Organic brand recommended)
  • 1 bag Dandies marshmallows
  • 1 container CocoWhip (dairy-free whipped cream from So Delicious)
  • 1 contained cultured coconut milk (coconut yogurt)
  • Handful rough chopped macadamia nuts (optional)


  1. Drain all cans of fruit.
  2. Cut the maraschino cherries in half.
  3. If using the regular size Dandies marshmallows, cut them in quarters. If you can find the mini size, no need to cut them.
  4. Place all fruit in a large mixing bowl. Add CoCoWhip and cultured coconut milk. Stir together.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with rough chopped macadamia nuts when serving.
