2cupsnon-dairy milk(I use unsweetened almond milk)
2large eggs from happy hens
3Tablespoonsgrapeseed oil
2teaspoonsmaple syrup or honey
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all liquid ingredients, whisking until well combined.
Add liquid mix to dry. Stir until just combined.
Heat waffle iron. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in 3/4 cup to 1 cup of waffle batter. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions. In my waffle iron, these were done between 6 and 8 minutes. When the amount of steam coming out of the waffle iron is greatly reduced, this is an indication that the waffle is done.
