To comply with the FTC, I offer the following disclosure policy. If you’re reading my blog or having coffee in my kitchen, you should assume the following:

• As an Amazon association, I may make money from affiliate links in blog posts. I only endorse products I own and fully believe in, no soulless schilling here. If you make a purchase from a link in my posts or from ads on my blog, I may make a small commission. 
• Most products, ingredients and travel experiences I write about on this blog have been purchased at market value with money from my own pocket. If I did receive the product at discount or compliments of a company, I will always disclose that to you.
• If you email me, leave a comment on my blog or Facebook, send me a tweet, you should know the information may be quoted on my blog.
• What I am not: a critic.  I occasionally receive a complimentary product, ingredient, meal or travel perk; it does not mean I promise a glowing endorsement.  If I have a less than stellar experience, know that I probably will not write about it. We all stand to gain more from building each other up and I simply enjoy writing recommendations more than reviews.  Thanks for understanding.
