Mark had a Pork Chop on a Stick at the Iowa State Fair. And again I am without a photo. Sorry about that, folks. I’m a disorganized mess after eating all of this impaled food!
The Iowa State Fair claims to be the first fair to serve the Pork Chop on a Stick. It’s at many fairs now and in my opinion, it’s never really on a stick. The “stick” is actually a bone.
