Gluten-free eating has provided me with a great opportunity to try foods I never would have given a chance pre-diagnosis. I am now really enjoying food and my body also seems to agree with my new food choices. I’m at a really comfortable place where I feel good about the food I am eating, I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge of working with new ingredients and I am tasting food in a whole new way. And with that comes lots of tasty recipes, restaurants and bakeries.
So here I go! Watch for posts soon, some with recipes of my own, some with family recipes and some with links to recipes I have tried. This is gonna be fun!
