Donuts vs. Cereal

It seems when people mention a bad food, one that is nutritionally defunct or that we should simply avoid, donuts are at the top of the list.  While I am not in agreement with this, I’ve not spent much time arguing the point.  I’m too busy eating donuts.

Here’s an article about the sugar content of donuts versus breakfast cereal.  Interesting numbers…and a guilt-free pass to have another donut. 

Perhaps next I’ll argue about the calories in donuts versus drive-thru breakfast sandwiches.  Yep, a donut wins there, too!
