52 Donuts, done! 52 Sweets, done! 52 Foods on a Stick…well, I’m working on it. The foods were all eaten, now to share photos. But anyway…about 2011. I’ve got another project lined up and I need your help.
I discovered this year I really do enjoy baking. I’ve always known that, but have discovered a whole new interest in baking since going gluten-free. Plus baking one sweet a week keeps me on track with my plan to only indulge once a week. I’d like to continue baking and sharing recipes right here at 52 Sweets.
Here’s where I need your help. I would like to bake 52 Sweets in 2011 that contain an unusual ingredient, something I probably haven’t baked with before or seems unlikely in a Sweet. I would love to hear your ingredient suggestions.
Two requests: the ingredients need to be vegetarian and gluten-free. Otherwise, I’m pretty open to trying just about anything. I can’t wait to hear your ideas!
