Happy New Year! It’s almost February and I have not had any donuts in the New Year worth writing about. Soon I will but in the meantime…
Here’s an article from the NY Times about Boozy Donuts, an off-the menu item at Flex Mussels. If you have tried them, I would love to hear from you. In the meantime, I’m going to work on creating my own bourbon caramel custard filling in hopes that a gluten-free donut worthy of such a rich filling finds its way to me soon!
