Done! Complete! Finito!

Hey y’all!

That’s right, the list is complete.  All 52 Foods on a Stick have been located, purchased, consumed.

Yesterday was a big day.  Richard had the Zucchini Wienie at Big Fresno in California.  Seven bucks!  I think he might get the award for priciest Food on a Stick!  Then last night, Jenny rolled into the Tulsa State Fair on a mission, a mission to complete this project.  In her amazing no-food-left-behind style, she helped us wrap up the project with Fried Butter Balls on a Stick.  This seems like such an appropriate ending!

Soon we’ll be sharing photos and stories about our journey of Fried Fair Food.  We may even add a few more items to the list, because we’re over-achievers when it comes to impaled foods.  But right now, I think we should all take a moment to celebrate with a salad.  And a side of Tums.  Maybe a cholesterol test.
