Another Wisconsin State Fair find, Potato Chips on a Stick! Richard found this one and I think it looks a lot like Becky’s Tornado Potato. Becky shared with me that she ate meatballs on a stick at a fair in California, but ate them before taking a picture.  It still counts, right? At the Minnesota State Fair, they sell Spaghetti and Meatballs on a stick.  Here’s a great photo and info on how that happens from Tim Kiser.
