On the Tenth Day of Advent, the Dude abides. Today’s cocktail is the classic White Russian.
If you are a fan of the best Coen Brothers film ever made, this is surely one of your favorite cocktails. Put on your bathrobe and make this one. Or you could just go bowling.
You’ll need only Kahlua, vodka and cream. Mix the kahlua and vodka together with ice, pour cream over the top. Could it get any easier? Just don’t spill it on the rug, it really ties the room together.
- 2 ounces vodka (I use Tito's)
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1/2 ounce heavy cream
Mix Vodka and Kahlua together in a glass with ice.
Slowly pour cream over the top.

I have only seen a few clips of that movie but I do love a good White Russian! It’s been a favorite for many, many years.
